Return and Refund Policy
CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE, RETURN, AND REFUND
At Bildenn, we are committed to making your shopping experience exceptional. If you need to exchange or return an item, please ensure the following criteria are met:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, just as it was sent;
- It must show no signs of use or wear, remaining in the same condition as upon delivery;
- All items, including tags, manuals, and accessories provided with the product, must be included in the return.
Please note that we do not exchange products due to incorrect size selection by the customer. The dimensions of our products are clearly stated to help avoid errors when choosing the appropriate size.
We emphasize that returns not meeting the above criteria will not be accepted.
DEADLINE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN REQUESTS
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return. To initiate the process, please contact us via email at info@bildenn.com and provide the following information:
- Product name;
- Order number;
- Email used for purchase;
- Reason for exchange or return;
- Video showing the defect (if applicable).
APPROVAL PROCESS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and contact you with the return address.
REFUND TIMEFRAME
The refund will be issued after the product is received at our warehouse and processed within 7 days following approval. The method and timing of the refund depend on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
In cases involving defects, damaged products, or similar problems, the entire return process will be covered by Bildenn.
For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The actual cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer. This applies when the customer purchases the wrong product, the item does not fit, or they no longer want the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
REFUND OPTIONS
For purchases made via credit card, the refund may appear in up to two subsequent statements after the return process is completed by the payment provider. If the purchase was made through another method, the bank transfer will be made to the customer's account within 7 days after approval of the refund request. Transfers to third-party accounts are not allowed.
