30-Day Easy Returns

At Bildenn, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied, we offer an easy return process.

Return Policy Overview

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging (for change of mind returns).
• Easy Returns: Returning items to us is easy, and our client support team will assist you.

Return Costs

• For Defective or Damaged Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way. We will provide a prepaid return label, and the full cost of the item will be refunded.
• For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): This applies when the customer purchases the wrong product, the item does not fit, or they no longer want the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item to us.
  • Refunds for Customer Remorse: The full cost of the item will be refunded once the returned goods are received, provided the return is initiated within the 30-day return period. As all original shipping is free, there are no original shipping costs to be refunded. Shipping costs for returning the item to us are non-refundable by Bildenn.

How to Return an Item

• Contact Us: Email our team at info@bildenn.com with your order number and reason for the return. You can also visit our Contact page.
• Pack Your Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents. For defective items, original packaging is helpful but not always strictly required if damaged.
• Send it Back: Drop your package off at the nearest shipping carrier location as per the instructions provided in your return authorization email.

Refund Process

• Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
• Refund: After inspection, your refund will be processed. The refund will be issued within 7 calendar days from the date we receive the goods or from the date you provide valid proof that you have sent the goods back (whichever is earlier). The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size, color, or product? No problem! Reach out to us, and we’ll help you exchange your item quickly and easily, subject to availability. Please note that exchanges are processed as a return of the original item and a new purchase for the desired item, as detailed in our refund process.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.

We will not accept returns of items that have been damaged due to usage, washing, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may no longer be possible due to our fast processing and handling times. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy. If you still wish to cancel after the 4-hour window, you will need to wait for the package to arrive at your provided address and then initiate a return process as outlined above.
